This site can be accessed and optimized so that it operates on browsers supporting the HTML 4 version. However, it has been configured for older versions.

We took in consideration the constraints for optimal use with Braille terminal or speech synthesis.
Shortcut keys will allow you to browse a page and access the main areas of this site, if you have browsers that support HTML 4, by using the key combination "ALT + a letter corresponding to the section you search".

Note: for generation 5 browsers, add "enter" to this key combination.
