Invacare are pleased to announce the launch of the latest enhancements to their highly successful Aquatec Ocean Ergo shower chair range. During a collaborative programme with therapists, the range provides further versatility to make showering and toileting easier, more comfortable and even more secure. 

NEW features include: 

•  Improved armrest system 

Newly designed armrests provide increased support and comfort thanks to an improved resting position and softer surface. The armrest also features an easy-to-use integrated safety lock system. 

• Reductions in seat height 

Additional seat to ground height adjustment has been designed to promote safe and independent transfers. The frame can be lowered to further accommodate people of a smaller stature. 

• Tilt stop function 

This prevents the frame tilting anteriorly past 0°. This ensures the frame remains horizontal to the ground and enables easier hoist transfers.

• Ergonomic headrest holder – coming soon

With multiple axis adjustments, the new ergonomic headrest holder gives superior postural support for the head and neck. Adjustments are quick and easy. No tools required.
