Invacare Softair mattress

The cells follow a 12 minute trio alternating (two up one down) pattern, with sets of three cells alternating regularly to relieve pressure and encourage tissue cell and blood movement. The cells at the head end remain static for user comfort. The air cells are easy to access and fully replaceable.

The cover has high frequency welded seams and a zip flap to prevent fluid ingress and is made from 2 way stretch polyurethane material to reduce the effects of shear and friction. It is vapour permeable and has a quick zip which allows the top cover to be removed rapidly. The cover is washable to 95° C.

In the event of a situation where CPR needs to be administered, a quick release tag is attached to the mattress which when pulled deflates the mattress immediately.

The mattress may be rolled and transported in the convenient carry bag which is provided with every mattress. The bag also has a side pocket for the control system.

360 degree zip on top cover, facilitates complete removal for laundering.
