Key features of the unique power positioning system include:

• A class leading Extended Shear Reduction (ESR) mechanism, combined with a raised pivot point and specially integrated backrest, to ensure a stable position for the user is maintained throughout the entire recline cycle.
• A unique width and depth adjustable seat platform which can be fine-tuned to fit changing user needs.

These key features will integrate with the established Storm⁴ power wheelchair bases to provide even the most demanding users with superior levels of configurability, adaptability and functionality.

The new Invacare Storm⁴ Ultra Low Maxx and Storm⁴ X-plore Ultra Low Maxx will be available across Europe from January 2016.
